Q: How long is a membership?
A: Memberships are for one year. At the end of one year your account will automatically renew.

Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: Yes, you can cancel at any time. When you do, you are no longer able to use the videos after the one year time period expires. You must delete the downloaded videos from your internal environment.

Q: What devices will the videos work on?
A: All of them.  They can be played on computers, tablets and smartphones of all operating systems.

Q: Do I download the videos or embed them?
A: Yes – both. Depending on your needs you can download them and put them on your own servers or use the embed code.

Q: Can I upload them to YouTube or other video sites?
A: No. You can only upload them behind your firewall.

Q: How can I use the videos?
A: Embed them in your intranet, use them in meetings, drive home a point in a presentation, educate the employees in instructor-led training or in online training, send them in an email, and the list goes on…

Q: Our site is secure. Can the videos play in https:// environments?
A: You bet.

Q: When a new video comes out, do we have access to it?
A: Every single one. The full library is yours even as more videos are added.

Q: Can I modify them or resell them?
A: No.

Q: What if what I am looking for isn’t a topic of one of the videos in the library?
A: There are two solutions to this. We can create a video for you on your topic. Or you can give us a suggestion on a video you would like to see.

Q: How do suggested videos work?
A: All suggestions are prioritized.  If I start creating a video that you suggested, I will let you know.
